This is a logo for a communication agence. The fact to alternate bigger and smaller letters is smart. It looks like the tone when we are reading the word "Jabadabaduu". But in the other hand, it could seem quiet hard to make out what it's written.
The typography is very well made to my mind. It really represent the name : Ice cream. Indeed, the soft shape of the the letters could make us see the chocolate fudge on top of a vanilla ball of ice cream.
This is the logo of a jewellery. For my opinion, this typography isn't unpleasant but it doesn't match with the expected characteristic of a jewellery's logo. I mean, I would expect something more elegant and refine and less yellow...
Glitter's shop is also a jeweller's shop but a cheaper one. For me this typography looks cheap too. It seems to me to girly due to the star instead of regular i. I think this typography is not able to going through the years without becoming kitsch.
It's refressing to read your opinions about logos that I have been so used to as a local resident. For example the Glitter logo's star: I see it but I don't react to it anymore like you do. Good examples of logo designs in Pori.
